Role & responsibilities

• Contact customers before expiry of current insurance policy and educate them on renewal benefits and coverage
• Handle customer objections and provide appropriate resolutions to improve retention
• Facilitate payment of renewal premium by the customer once payment link is sent
• Achieve monthly renewal targets

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum HSC/ 12th Standard pass candidate
• 2-to-3-year experience in motor insurance renewal calling and customer retention, either in an insurance company or intermediary/ broker
• Being a graduate and a Broker Qualified Person (BQP)/ Authorized Verifier will be an added advantage
• Should be proficient in Marathi, Hindi and English
