Walk-in || Tele Caller

Core Responsibilities:

• Making Outbound Calls: Call potential or existing clients using prepared scripts to introduce company offerings.
• Handling Inbound Inquiries: Answer incoming calls from customers who need help or product details.
• Generating Leads: Ask questions to find out what the customer needs and spot new sales opportunities.
• Resolving Issues: Listen to complaints or questions and give clear solutions.
• Updating Records: Enter customer details, call outcomes, and notes into the computer or CRM system.
• Following Up: Call back prospects or clients to complete sales or check satisfaction.
• Meeting Targets: Reach daily or weekly goals for calls made, leads found, or sales closed

Required Skills
