Walk-in || Tele Caller

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads.
• Understand student/parent requirements and recommend suitable courses and programs.
• Explain course details, fee structure, scholarships, admission process, and other relevant information.
• Follow up with interested students and parents to drive enquiries and admissions.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in the CRM/system.
• Handle queries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission-related targets.
• Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams whenever required.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with students and parents.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all interactions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline; freshers can also apply.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu; Hindi will be an added advantage.
• Good convincing, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Customer-focused, energetic, and target-oriented approach.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, counselling, or education sales will be an advantage.
