Walk-in || Tele Caller

Role & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads and interested customers.
• Explain Stareye Medias services and opportunities clearly.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
• Answer basic queries and guide customers through the next steps.
• Maintain daily call records and update lead status.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.
• Confident and polite while speaking on calls.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer support or sales is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software.
• Target-oriented and comfortable handling a high volume of calls.
• Positive attitude with good convincing and follow-up skills.
