Job Title: Telecaller / Business Development Executive

Job Summary

NXG HighTech is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller / Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers and clients over phone calls, understanding their requirements, introducing NXG HighTech's services, and generating business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients from the provided database.
• Introduce NXG HighTech and explain our services professionally.
• Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
• Promote Engineering Solutions, Training & Certification, Recruitment & HR Services, and Digital Transformation services.
• Follow up with interested prospects regularly.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Update daily calling reports and lead status.
• Coordinate with the Business Development and Management team.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
• Ability to handle objections and follow up professionally.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience in Telecalling, Sales, Business Development, or Customer Support will be an advantage.
