• Guiding the clients to reach the clinics

• Resolving escalated customer complaints

• Facilitating efficient communication between departments

• Answering incoming calls for customer queries

• Handling inquiries

• Making outbound calls to prospective clients

• Calling them and fixing up appointments for their respective clinic locality

• Follow up with clients
