Walk-in || Tele Caller

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
• Handle incoming admission-related enquiries.
• Explain PACE courses, programs, admission process, and related details.
• Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Schedule counselling sessions or centre visits.
• Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups.
• Update lead status in CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams.
• Work towards monthly calling and admission targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
• 02 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, admissions, counselling, inside sales, or customer support.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English; Marathi will be an added advantage.
• Confident in speaking with students and parents over calls.
• Strong follow-up, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with calling targets and lead follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp communication.
• Candidates from the education industry will be preferred
