Walk-in || Tele Caller

Role & responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls and inquiries.
• Explain hospital treatments, packages, facilities, and admission process.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into OPD visits/admissions.
• Maintain daily call records and lead follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the hospital team for appointments and patient requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• xcellent communication and convincing skills
• Prior experience in hospital/healthcare telesales preferred
• Confident and patient-friendly approach
• Basic computer/CRM knowledge
• Target-oriented and good follow-up skills
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
