Walk-in || Tele Caller

Key Responsibilities:-

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers from the provided database.
• Explain the companys products/services clearly and professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and identify potential leads.
• Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into customers.
• Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns effectively.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling/sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and further follow-up.
• Provide regular updates and reports on calling activities and performance.
• Maintain a professional and positive approach while interacting with customers.

Requirements:-

• 4+years of experience in telecalling, outbound calling, telesales, or customer engagement.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.
• English communication skills preferred.
