Walk-in || Tele Caller (Service & Sales) - Telugu, Hindi & Malayalam

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele Callers to handle customer interactions over phone calls. The role involves servicing existing customers, resolving queries, promoting bank/company products and services, generating leads, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Service Process

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Address customer queries, requests, and complaints.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, payments, and processes.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers for pending requests and resolutions.
• Update customer interaction details in the system.

Sales Process

• Contact customers to promote products and services.
• Generate leads and identify sales opportunities.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell products wherever applicable.
• Convert customer inquiries into successful sales.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or any regional language ( any two regional language must).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle customers professionally.
• Good listening and convincing skills.
• Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
