Walk-in || Tele Caller - Male

Role & responsibilities

• Generate leads through outbound calling for hospital services, consultations, health check-up packages, diagnostics, and other healthcare services.
• Identify potential patients from enquiries, databases, campaigns, referrals, and other sources.
• Understand patient requirements and recommend relevant hospital services.
• Convert generated leads into appointments, consultations, health packages, and procedures.
• Follow up consistently with interested and prospective patients to improve conversion rates.
• Maintain and update the lead pipeline, follow-up status, and conversion details.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation and conversion targets.
• Reconnect with old, missed, and inactive leads to generate additional business opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates with hospital/healthcare tele calling experience added advantage.
• Strong experience in appointment conversion will be an advantage.
• Candidates who have worked with sales targets, CRM, patient databases, or healthcare campaigns are preferred.
• Should be comfortable making a high volume of calls and conducting regular follow-ups.
• Strong focus on lead generation follow-up appointment booking conversion.
