Systechcorp Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and motivated US IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Hyderabad.

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift Timing: US Shift (6:30 PM- 3:30 AM IST)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle for US IT staffing requirements from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Understand client requirements thoroughly and map suitable candidates for various IT positions (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, rate expectations, and availability.
• Negotiate rates/salary with candidates and coordinate with account managers/clients.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the interview and offer process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Keep track of daily submissions, interviews, and closures using ATS/trackers.
• Stay updated on US visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, OPT/CPT, TN, etc.) and their implications for staffing.

Key Skills Required

• Strong experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing
• End-to-End Recruitment Process (sourcing to onboarding)
• Proficiency in sourcing via job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search
• Solid understanding of US Staffing terms (W2, C2C, 1099, Tax Terms)
• Knowledge of US time zones and work authorization types
• Strong candidate coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly submission targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 2-4 years of proven experience in US IT Recruitment
