Walk-in || Technical Support Engineer

Hi All,

We are conducting a walk-in drive on 24th October 2026, for our technical support openings. Please come to our office between 10 30 am to 4 pm on Saturday. A copy of your resume and a government id proof is required. Please find the requirements below

Business Requirements

1. Excellent Communication Skills
2. Willing to work in Night shifts
3. Hybrid Work culture (Work from Office 2 days a week)
4. Work Experience 3 to 9 years in Wireless Networking

Technical Requirements

1 The candidate should possess working knowledge and practical experience in the following areas:

2 RADIUS Authentication Understanding of RADIUS protocols and authentication workflows.

3 Enterprise Wi-Fi Knowledge of enterprise wireless networks, authentication methods, and connectivity troubleshooting.

4 Digital Certificates Understanding of certificate-based authentication, certificate issuance, validation, and lifecycle management.

5 802.1X Authentication – Knowledge of 802.1X authentication flows and their application in wired and wireless networks.

6 Captive Portals – Understanding of captive portal authentication, configuration, and troubleshooting.

7 Networking Fundamentals (Intermediate) – Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and network troubleshooting.

8 Windows Server & Group Policy (GPO) (Intermediate) – Familiarity with Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Group Policy configuration, and troubleshooting.
