Role Overview

eClerx is hiring Technical Sourcers with strong hands-on experience in technical candidate sourcing, talent identification, and recruitment platforms.

Key Responsibilities & Expertise

• Hands-on experience in technical sourcing for IT/technology roles.
• Expertise in Boolean Search and X-Ray Search.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job portals.
• Ability to identify and engage active and passive candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
• Conduct candidate screening and profile evaluation against job requirements.
• Strong candidate engagement, follow-up, and sourcing skills.

Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in technical sourcing/recruitment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technical skill sets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
