Technical Project / Service Coordinator Job Description

Location: Peenya, Bangalore

Role: MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily technical service activities with Technicians, Customers, Vendors, and Internal Teams for service requirements.
• Monitor SLA, TAT, pending open calls, and service closures.
• Follow up with Partner teams for timely completion and pending call updates.
• Coordinate for hardware/part replacement, logistics, and material availability.
• Maintain accurate service records, job sheets, installation reports, and closure documents.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and service performance updates.
• Escalate delayed or critical service issues to the appropriate team.
• Ensure all service activities are properly documented and closed within the defined SLA.

• MS Excel & MIS Reporting.
• Customer & Vendor Coordination
• Customer Call Back for Feedbacks and Experience.
• Conduct Regular VIrtual Audits of Service centers across PAN India.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.
