Experience: 1–2 Years
Role: IT Recruiter – Client Hiring

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for client requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening calls.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up on feedback.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Manage candidate details, interview stages, and recruitment updates in the ATS.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

Requirements:

• Experience in IT recruitment and client hiring.
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools.
• Good sourcing, screening, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring targets.
