Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Technical Recruiter with experience in client hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, experience coordinating with clients and hiring managers, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for client requirements across various technologies and experience levels.
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements, technical skills, and candidate expectations.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and evaluate technical skills, communication, and role suitability.
• Schedule technical interviews and coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the selection process.
• Manage candidate follow-ups, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and regular hiring status reports.
• Achieve recruitment targets while ensuring quality submissions and timely closures.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in client hiring or staffing.
• Good understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Full Stack, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, and Testing.
• Hands-on experience with job portals, Boolean search, and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Any graduate or postgraduate degree.
• Experience working on client-specific requirements and managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
