Key Responsibilities

• Engage with contractors, masons, builders, site engineers, consultants, architects, dealers, and end users to promote products and influence brand preference.
• Conduct technical presentations, site visits, and dealer-counter interactions to explain product specifications and applications.
• Generate project leads, track enquiries, and support conversion into sales.
• Enroll and activate influencers in loyalty programs and organize technical meets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead management, quotations, order conversion, and follow-ups.
• Gather market intelligence on projects, customer requirements, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Good understanding of construction materials and site practices.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and technical presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work in the field.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel/CRM tools.
• Existing network with contractors, builders, engineers, or architects is an advantage.
• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
• Freshers with a strong interest in technical sales and field operations are encouraged to apply.
