- Provide A Specialized Value Added Service through technical assistance during concreting process to ensure quality and consistency in concrete, to enhance customer experience
- Perform on-the-site testing on the raw materials used in construction through testing facilities and equipment's available in the RCF Van
- Advise the customers on the right methods in producing quality concrete including suggesting correct concrete mix designs
- Site & Mass Demonstrations to build awareness about Dalmia Cement and concrete best practices
