• Proven experience in PEPTIDE manufacturing.
• Expertise in RPHPLC DAC column packing and slurry preparation procedure.
• Knowledge on mobile phase and stationary phase preparation as per the procedure.
• Knowledge on Column DAC and SCADA system operation.
• Knowledge on Adsorption and desorption technique in preparative column.
• Knowledge on preparative column regeneration technique.
• Experience on problem identification by referring w..r.to peak resolution.
• Expertise in gradient method loading and execution
• Experience in DCS & MES operation.

Qualifications Educational qualification: An B.Sc/ M.Sc (Analytical/ Organic Chemistry)

Minimum work experience: 4 - 8 years Experience
