Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with orders
  
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve as per SOP
  
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are maintained
  
• Handle billing and POS operations (where applicable)
  
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, and workstations
  
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
  
• Support inventory handling, stock rotation, and wastage control
  
• Work collaboratively with team members during shifts
  
• Address customer queries politely and escalate complaints when required
  
• Follow company policies, grooming standards, and attendance rules
