Roles and Responsibilities

Lead mechanical/electrical design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed designs, specifications, and documentation for control transformers, inverter duty transformers, and other electrical equipment.
Conduct design reviews, provide feedback on designs, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Develop 3D models using Creo software for complex mechanical components and assemblies.
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers on design engineering principles, best practices, and project management techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-12 years of experience in mechanical/electrical design engineering with expertise in AutoCAD, Creo, detail engineering, material selection/materialize CSS.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical (B.Tech / B.E.) or Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.).
Strong understanding of control transformer/inverter duty transformer design principles; knowledge of materials science & properties preferred.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across multiple disciplines.
