Job Responsibilities

• 100% field-based sales role involving regular customer visits.
• Generate leads through field visits and connect with potential customers.
• Meet prospective customers and understand their insurance requirements.
• Recommend suitable insurance products based on customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and provide appropriate assistance.
• Develop business through referrals and new customer acquisition.

Eligibility

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Bike and valid driving licence are mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
• Candidates comfortable with extensive field work are preferred.
