Walk-in || team leader Account receivable / procurement support executive

* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 34 Accounts Receivable professionals.

* Monitor the overall AR function, including collections, customer account management, and receivables performance.

* Review team performance and ensure timely closure of outstanding receivables.

* Drive collection strategies to improve cash flow and reduce ageing.

* Review customer ageing reports and ensure appropriate follow-up by the team.

* Coordinate with internal stakeholders and client representatives to resolve escalated issues.

* Ensure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and client SLAs.

* Prepare and present AR dashboards, MIS reports, and collection updates to management.

* Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

* Support month-end and year-end closing activities from an AR management perspective.
