Role & responsibilities

• Should be able to manage the day today planning, Operational challenges, problem-solving of team.
• Deliver SLA & KPI
• To ensure delivery of expected sales targets and set high-performance levels.
• Deliver the required volume of effective coaching.
• Attrition, Shrinkage, Roaster management.
• To supervise the workload of the team, allocating team members to optimize service provision and administrative support across the hours of the operation of the Contact Centre.
