Walk-in || Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the team on a daily basis.
• Allocate tasks and monitor completion.
• Track individual and team performance.
• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
• Identify performance gaps and take corrective action.
• Conduct team meetings and provide regular guidance.
• Train and support new team members.
• Coordinate with HR, MIS, Operations, and management.
• Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely closure.
• Handle team issues and escalate major concerns.
• Ensure company policies and processes are followed.
• Motivate team members to achieve targets.
