Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily activities of the fleet operations team.
• Manage driver performance, attendance, discipline, and operational issues.
• Track daily collections, arrears, recoveries, and pending balances.
• Monitor operational KPIs and ensure team targets are achieved.
• Conduct regular team reviews and communicate targets and priorities.
• Train and guide team members to improve productivity and performance.
• Drive process improvements to increase fleet utilization and operational efficiency.
• Handle driver- and vehicle-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Escalate critical operational issues to management with appropriate solutions.
