Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Team Lead to lead a team of technology professionals and drive successful project delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding, team management capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and experience in delivering IT projects within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals.
• Plan, assign, and monitor tasks to ensure timely delivery.
• Work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Understand business requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Guide the team in development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support the team in resolving complex problems.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance discussions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Prepare project status reports and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to quality, scope, and timeline requirements.

Required Skills

• 48 years of experience in IT/Software Development.
• Prior experience as a Team Lead / Technical Lead / Senior Software Engineer.
• Strong experience in team handling and people management.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in project delivery and stakeholder management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in client-facing roles.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and modern software development practices.
