Telesales Team Leader (Malayalam) Roles & Responsibilities

1. Team Management Manage and motivate the telesales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
2. Sales Target Achievement Drive team performance and ensure achievement of revenue, conversion, and call targets.
3. Call Monitoring – Monitor calls and provide feedback to improve sales techniques and customer handling.
4. Team Coaching – Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews for team members.
5. Lead Management – Ensure proper follow-up and conversion of leads assigned to the team.
6. Performance Tracking – Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
7. Customer Handling – Support agents in handling difficult customer queries and escalations.
8. Quality & Compliance – Ensure agents follow company processes, scripts, and quality standards.
9. Attendance & Discipline – Monitor attendance, punctuality, productivity, and team discipline.
10. Coordination – Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Management regarding team requirements and performance.
11. Target Planning – Set individual targets and create action plans for underperforming employees.
12. Escalation Management – Identify operational issues and escalate them to management with suitable solutions.
