• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for lateral hires, leadership hires, and non-IT roles.
  
• Develop and implement effective staffing strategies to meet business needs.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop job descriptions.
  
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for new hires.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet organizational standards.
