MarketStar is looking for an energetic and outcome-oriented Team Lead Operations to join our team in Hyderabad!

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: Minimum 2 years as TL on papers (Sales LOB preferred)
Timing: US Shift: 7:30pm - 4:30am

CTC: 5LPA - 10LPA (without variable)

What are we looking for?
CSAT, NPS, AHT
Excellent communication Skills
Must know Attrition and Shrinkage (calculations and formulas)
Experience into International voice and sales
Knowledge and experience on Sales
Salesforce experience will be an added advantage

Graduation is mandatory
