• Service Cloud
• Experience Cloud (preferred)
• Marketing Cloud (good to have)
• Expertise in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation tools.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro.
• Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and data management concepts.
