Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable solutions leveraging Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, and Offer Decisioning Engine.
• Build personalized customer journeys and real-time engagement strategies across multiple channels.
• Lead technical implementation activities including data modeling, data ingestion, and activation processes.
• Integrate Adobe solutions with CRM, marketing, advertising, and customer engagement platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and technology teams to deliver business-focused customer experience solutions.
• Manage end-to-end Adobe implementation projects, from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy, governance, and compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges within the Adobe ecosystem.
• Provide technical leadership and contribute to innovation and best practices.
