What we are looking for

Must Have

• Strong hands-on experience in Mainframe application development and/or support.
• Good technical leadership and team coordination capabilities.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mainframe application development, enhancement, maintenance, and support activities.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to development team members.
• Perform technical analysis, solution design, development, code reviews, testing, and implementation.
• Troubleshoot complex application and production issues and support timely resolution.
• Coordinate with business, application, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality processes, documentation standards, and delivery timelines.
• Participate in technical discussions and provide recommendations for effective Mainframe solutions.
• Support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the team.

Minimum Qualification:

• 15 years of full-time education
