Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 services.
• Manage user mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, and mail-enabled objects.
• Configure and maintain mail flow, transport rules, connectors, and spam filtering policies.
• Manage Exchange Online Protection (EOP) and messaging security controls.
• Support hybrid Exchange environments and mailbox migrations.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, user provisioning, license assignment, and identity synchronization.
• Configure and maintain MFA, Conditional Access, and compliance policies.
• Monitor Microsoft 365 service health and address incidents proactively.
• Troubleshoot email delivery, calendar, authentication, and client connectivity issues.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and bulk administration tasks.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
• Coordinate with Microsoft support for escalated technical issues.
