Walk-in || Tax Executive

Job Description

• Prepare and file annual corporate/individual Income Tax Returns (ITRs), Tax Audit Reports (Form 3CD), and quarterly TDS/TCS returns. The candidate must possess knowledge in the fields of accounting and taxation.
• The candidate must be proficient in TALLY, Excel and ERP Accounting Software.
• The candidate must possess a gogetter approach towards work and must possess time management skills.
• Ensure proper tax deduction at source (TDS/TCS Compliance) on vendor/foreign payments, handle Form 145/146 certifications, and manage quarterly TDS/TCS Return SFT (Statement of Financial Transactions) filings.
• Handle scrutiny assessments, represent or assist counsel before the Assessing Officer, CIT (A), DRP, or ITAT, and maintain litigation trackers.
• Provide strategic guidance on corporate tax planning, advance tax computations, deferred tax (DTA/DTL) calculations, and crossborder transactions under DTAA (Double Tax Avoidance Agreements).
• Assist with transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking studies, and compliance requirements.
• Support the planning, leading fieldwork, managing performance and keeping engagement leaders updated on Regular Tax Updates.
