We are inviting applications for Customer Support Non Voice Process roles requiring strong reading and writing skills in native languages, with a special focus on Tamil.

Role Overview

• Process: Pure Non Voice Linguistic Support
• Work Schedule: 5 days working
• Week Offs: 2 rotational week offs
• Shift: Rotational shifts
• Joining: Immediate
• Salary Package: 2.7 LPA 3.2 LPA

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: 10+2, 10+3, or Graduate (pursuing candidates not eligible)
• Age Limit: Below 32 years

• Language Requirement:
  
• Mandatory: Ability to read and write Tamil fluently
• Additional Languages: Malayalam, Kannada, Odia, Marathi, Hindi, Telugu (preferred)
• Basic English communication skills required
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

Key Responsibilities

• Handle nonvoice tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Read and write in native languages to support customer communication.
• Ensure compliance with process guidelines and maintain quality standards.
• Update records and systems with accurate information.
