Walk-in || Tally Support Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers using TallyPrime and Tally.ERP 9, resolving software-related queries and issues.
• Assist customers with Tally installation, activation, licensing, configuration, GST, e-invoicing, and data migration.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, provide remote support, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Guide customers on Tally features, software updates, TSS activation and renewal, and basic product training.
• Maintain customer support records, follow up on unresolved issues, and coordinate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
