Walk-in || Tally Expert

Role & responsibilities

• Follow up with existing clients for pending payments, outstanding dues, and timely payment collection.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensure customer satisfaction, and address their requirements.
• Track and follow up on Tally Software Services (TSS) renewals, license renewals, and subscription updates.
• Support new sales and marketing activities through customer outreach, lead follow-upsand sales coordination.
• Maintain customer databases, update CRM records, prepare follow-up reports, and coordinate with the sales and support teams to achieve business targets.
