Position:  Talent Acquisition Associate

Location: Andheri (East) Seepz

Working Days & Hours : Mon to Sat, 8.30 AM - 5.30 PM (1& 3 Saturday is off)

Job Description.

Recruitment :

• In-house recruitment. ( Sourcing candidates from various portals i.e Naukri, LinkeIn, etc)
• To shortlist the candidates.
• To schedule the interview as per the availability of HOD.
• To conduct the initial screening interview.
• To Coordinate with respective HOD for finalization of the candidates.
• Offer negotiation.
• To prepare offer letters, appraisal letters etc.
• Joining formalities, Exit formalities, Induction, onboarding.
  

MIS :

To Maintain the database of candidates in Excel.

To maintain the files of new joinees and Exit Interview files
