Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, and talent acquisition to fulfill the organizations hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and professional networks.
• Independently operate recruitment portals such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia, and Apna to source relevant candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining follow-ups.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Handle volume hiring and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and recruitment MIS reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant recruitment experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment reporting and candidate database management.
• Graduate or postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
