Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee references, recruitment consultants, and other channels.

Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and HR teams/department heads.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure timely closure.

Maintain and regularly update a recruitment tracker/MIS covering candidate status, interviews, selections, and joining details.
