Job Description Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to identify and attract the right talent to meet organizational hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer rollout.

Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Maintain candidate databases and provide regular hiring updates.

Negotiate offers, follow up with selected candidates, and support onboarding.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.

Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.

Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is preferred.
