Role & responsibilities

• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Candidates from Engineering/Automotive background preferred.
• Screen candidates and evaluate employment factors such as job experience, technical skills, training, fit with organization, and future potential etc.
• Recruit in all levels of the organization from mid-level to corporate staff.
• Develop relationships with prospective candidates, Staffing Business Partners, Hiring Managers, multi-location team members etc.
• Should be target driven.
• Excellent communication skill.
