Walk-in || Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary: We seek a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the recruitment efforts at Z-First, a growing financial services company focused on bridging the gap between lenders and customers in rural India. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume hiring, field recruitment, and workforce planning within the Microfinance or NBFC sector.

Key Responsibility Areas:

Talent Acquisition Source relevant CVs daily for assigned mandates. Sourcing and CV Submissions: Interview Coordination: Offers and Closures: Data and Tracker Management: Candidate Follow-up: Management & Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure quality and relevance as per job specifications. Maintain a healthy pipeline of active candidates across roles. Facilitate and ensure interviews. Align with stakeholders for scheduling, availability, and timely feedback. Ensure offers and fill the position Gaps. Maintain accurate and updated excel trackers for all hiring data sourcing, interviews, offers, and joining status. Ensure no data deviation; weekly performance to be derived directly from these trackers. Track own offered and referral candidates till their date of joining. Maintain regular follow-ups with offered candidates for resignation submission, offer acceptance, and joining timelines. Handle counteroffer situations and drop-risk proactively with solutions. Conduct daily and weekly connects with hiring managers to discuss hiring status, upcoming needs, and gap areas. Build strong internal relationships to act as a strategic partner in recruitment. Branch Visits (if required): Be open to branch-level visits as needed to understand ground-level hiring needs and improve TAT. Follow SOPs, TATs, and internal SLAs with zero deviation. Process Adherence: Ensure candidate experience is maintained at all stages of hiring. Requirements and skills: Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Ability to develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with candidates as well as with internal teams and external partners Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks) Good team-management abilities Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners, and candidates) Key Qualifications & Skills: 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in MFI, NBFC, or BFSI. Should have experience in bulk hiring Knowledge of rural hiring challenges and workforce planning. Hands-on experience with ATS, job portals, and recruitment tools. Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills. Willing to travel in the entire region/Zone.
