Walk-in || Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for various non-IT positions across functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer closure and joining.
• Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with business stakeholders.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial discussions/interviews.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate database, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Support market mapping and talent pipeline building for critical positions
