Walk-in || Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions across departments.

• Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and create appropriate recruitment strategies.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networks.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

• Prepare recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and sourcing effectiveness.

• Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best recruitment practices.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good negotiation and relationship management abilities.
