Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal database.
  
• Conduct initial screening calls with potential candidates to assess their suitability for open positions.
  
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates by scheduling dates and times.
  
• Ensure timely updates on candidate status throughout the hiring process.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (bulk hiring) with a focus on non-IT recruitment.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or related field preferred.
