Walk-in || Talent Acquisition Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer rollout.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Coordinate candidate onboarding activities, including documentation, background verification, joining formalities, and smooth integration of new hires.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate databases, and hiring dashboards with accurate and timely updates.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 1-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR Operations.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, recruitment portals, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple positions and onboarding processes simultaneously
