Walk-in || Talent Acquisition Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good communication abilities, and the ability to identify and attract the right talent to meet the organization's hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from understanding hiring requirements to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skills, and hiring priorities.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels throughout the selection process.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Follow up with selected candidates regarding offer acceptance, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions within the defined recruitment timelines.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
• Build and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding and other HR initiatives as required.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and other job portals.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good coordination, time management, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously and work with deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic recruitment reporting.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with 1 to 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience in handling lateral and volume hiring will be an advantage.
• Proactive, organized, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
